Like the rest of us, you go to swap out your winter clothes for your summer wardrobe and that’s when it hits you. As you look at your clothes concern might set in. Concern about wearing your swimsuit and those small summer clothing items. An intimidating cloud begins to loom over your head potentially ruining all of your summer plans. But there is no need to be concerned and no need to be intimidated! Warrior Packs is here to help you transform into the Warrior you wish to be for the summer. Warrior Packs classes were created to provide everyone at all stages of exercise and abilities, with an opportunity to challenge themselves in the outdoor boot camp setting. Whether you are returning to exercise or you are already an exercise fiend, Warrior Packs provides select options with instructors of different personalities and excellence to deliver what you are looking for. Here is a peak at the different types of classes Warrior Packs has created to meet your individual fitness level needs: Believe Appropriately named, Believe classes were created by Warrior Packs for those who “believe” they need an exercise program. They are for the Warriors who “believe” they have what it takes to make some type of change in their exercise regimen. More importantly Believe was named because Warrior Packs “believes” in you. We “believe” in your ability to make a conscious effort to come to class and make the choice to lead a healthier lifestyle. We “believe” in your physical ability to complete the challenges presented to you in class. For that reason the Believe classes are ranked at Level 1. Level 1 classes are 60 minutes, compared to our other 90 minute classes. Believe was created for those returning to exercise or beginning an exercise regimen, and we are aware that you may need additional assistance. Whether you are starting a fitness program from scratch, recovering from an injury or returning from a short vacation from exercise Believe will ease you into Warrior Packs boot camp, while at the same time providing an effective workout. This entry level class provides you with the tools for successful completion of our outdoor boot camp classes. Instinct The Instinct classes are ranked as Level 2 classes. Level 2 classes are for those Warriors who have regularly participated in a fitness program for the last year, and don’t need the additional motivation to get started. If you have previously participated in Believe classes then it’s time for you to move to the next level! The transfer from a 60 minute Believe class to the 90 minute Instinct is ideal for those who are looking for the next challenge. If you’re new to Warrior Packs, but have regularly participated in exercise programs in the past year Instinct is also for you! Increase heart health, improve your cardiovascular ability, lower insulin resistance and build muscle through the High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) offered in the Instinct Warrior Packs classes. Incorporating High Intensity Interval Training, Instinct utilizes periods of hard work with intermittent rests. The combination is known for burning calories and toning at a higher rate in a shorter amount of time than your typical day at the gym. Now imagine doing all of that work in the 90 minutes of class. You will get a workout like no other! Instinct challenges the body by targeting different energy zones to burn sugar with quick intervals in the beginning of class, and longer intervals toward the end of class to target fat loss at a lower heart rate. Excel As a 90 minute Level 3 class, Excel is meant to test only the fiercest of Warriors. Through methods of increasing mobility, strengthening and creating agility Excel Warriors will truly be offered an opportunity to “excel.” You will be pushed beyond your comfort zones to reach maximum fitness potential. Tone up your physique through circuit workouts utilizing a variety of equipment including sandbags, heavy poles, resistance bands, steps, suspension training systems, and your body weight. The integration of physical therapy and functional training exercises will create muscle confusion and activate your neurological and physical pathways that aren’t typically engaged in a traditional weight lifting environment. Just like with Believe, our Excel classes were named with you in mind. Warrior Packs wants you to “excel” in our classes.
