We just wrapped up the August round of Warrior Packs and if you took part here’s a quick note to say thank you! You see, most people never bother to get in shape and if you’ve made a commitment to health and fitness then congratulations. The main reason most people never get off the couch is because of PROCRASTINATION. They just keep putting it off, and this is why the first step really the hardest. You’ll know this because you took that step and signed up for our August boot camp. But guess what? Even more important than taking the first step is keeping up the momentum.
