CLASS LEVELS

Never the same workout circuit twice. We have the very best trainers packed with empathy and trained to scale each session and individual exercise to your abilities. We make sure to BALANCE the work with recovery – intensity with comfort and the thrill of personal achievement with the most supportive atmosphere you could hope for. It’s a truly unique experience that will deliver you to your goals, and create some very fond memories along the way. Our classes are offered in three ability levels (level 1, level 2, and level 3). All of the ability levels perform similar types of exercises, however, depending on what level you register for you will perform a different number of reps, and run different distances. The 60 and 90 minute classes begin with a warm up and followed by an effective and varied fitness workout. Sessions end with a cool down and stretch. Level 1 (Believe) - 60 Minutes This level is for Warriors that currently do little or no exercise or are returning to fitness training after a break (e.g. following injury, illness or postnatal). Level 1 is a great start to your journey of life-long fitness. Check Prices and Availability Level 2 (Excel) - 90 Minutes This level is not for the faint hearted. This is where we challenge the fittest Warriors to reach their maximum potential. The classes are highly rated by our seasoned Warriors, who are now fit enough to be pushed to their limit and beyond. Check Prices and Availability Level 1/2 (Instinct) Indoor/Outdoor Unlimited- 90 Minutes This level is ideal for Warriors who have worked their way up from our Believe class or those joining us with a reasonable standard of fitness. Level 2 classes are a great way to challenge your speed, strength, agility and stamina and will take your fitness to the next level. Please note: Our Tuesday and Thursday classes are held indoors at a local gym (The Jungle, 3615 Manchester Road SE). There is an extra $50.00/month flat rate charge for using the facility.
